District 1 has a much lower property wealth ($146 million) compared to District 2 which has a very high property wealth ($3 billion). District 1 has $667,587 (local I&S + EDA state aid) available for facilities compared to District 2 which has almost $9 million (all local I&S) available. From the high property wealth and large I&S fund, District 2 probably has very nice, recently constructed buildings. District 2 probably has all of the latest technology available for their students. District 1 probably has outdated, run-down facilities with little technology available to the students. District 2 is probably an Exemplary rated district while District 1 is probably Unacceptable or barely Acceptable. This is another example of where a student lives affecting the quality of his or her education.
